I’ve just finished a lot of the restructuring today of Open Invaders. After adding a load of the extern declarations in the newly split-up code, it works surprisingly first time. It still looks a bit of a mess, but it’s better than it was before, and the main thing, I’ve learnt something today. The trick now is to reduce as many global variables to local variables as possible now. This is going to need some major restructuring…
